Wrist Armor Leatherneck Marines Field and Combat Watches with Tritium Illumination

Wrist Armor Leatherneck Marines Field and Combat Watches with Tritium Illumination

  • $297.50

The term "Leatherneck" originally came from the thick and heavy leather stock collar incorporated into the collar of every marine uniform.  The "Leatherneck collar made the Marines stand erect, taller and with virtually perfect posture.  Originally the term was derisive, used by other military branches to make fun of the Marines.  However it soon became obvious the Marines stood "head and shoulders" above the other services both on the field and in combat.  As it turned out the collar also protected the Marines from attacks by sword and scabbard.  Today the term "Leatherneck" is one of the proudest terms in all the military.

The US Marines Wrist Armor "Leathereneck" is as tough and strong as any Marine. Wear this watch in combat or on any mission you life requires. The case is very heavy surgical grade Stainless Steel, the crystal is highest grade K1 shatter resistant glass and the entire watch is depth tested to 200 meters below sea level.

Now the Leatherneck is available with two bracelet choices, either a tough thick rubber dive strap or a stainless steel bracelet.
